Pupil Tree to go global!

The Pupil Tree will soon offer residential facilities for students and teachers from across India as well as from all parts of the world. From June 2009 Pupil Tree, Kooloobong campus will operate as a multi-choice Day and Residential school.

The boarding facility will be built upon an area of 2, 50,000 sq feet and will have the capacity to house 600 students. The students will be able to choose from three schooling options other than the Day school option. These being- Day boarding, Week boarding or Residential School.

Both infrastructure and Curriculum will be upgraded to encompass a wide range of subjects, skills and facilities so that Pupil Tree can offer a learning programme which is truly international in nature. The school will offer education from class1 to 12 and will follow guidelines set by ICSE and PUC. Digital connectivity will be enhanced and infrastructure will be upgraded to support technology enabled classrooms and computer aided teaching. Innovative and experiential teaching methods will be used extensively to make learning extremely enjoyable and enlightening.

National Award winning Architect Gerard D`Cunha will be designing the Residential section for the school. The buildings will be child scale and well spread out so that children can enjoy a sense of spaciousness, joy as well as freedom. The new section will be built using the same child friendly characteristics present in the school today so that the learning process remains uplifting and conducive to knowledge assimilation.

Resources for students will include four residential blocks, a state-of-the-art Science Centre , Senior Library, Indoor & Outdoor Sports complex and Student Centre.
